Chibi Taiko going to JAPAN!!

  • 7th June 2018

Celebrating Chibi Taiko’s 25th Anniversary year, we are going to Japan this summer(July 11-21). We visited Onomichi-city in Hiroshima back in 2009 and had such valuable experiences through Taiko. (see photos from 2009 Japan trip here )

Thanks to the generous support from Onomichi Ruri Lions Club and Betchar Taiko in Onomichi, and Saiho Kotengu in Nagasaki, 11 Chibi members are looking forward to learn the roots of Taiko drumming, extend the possibilities of their performances, experience different Japanese cultural activities and make friends with Japanese Taiko families in Onomichi and Nagasaki.

Our commemorative T-shirt designed by the members are in order right now.

Counting down days to our exciting summer!!!
